Andrew is a highly qualified exercise physiologist with extensive professional credentials, including accreditation as an Exercise Physiologist (AEP) and Exercise Scientist (AES), along with certification as a Professional Level 2 Performance Coach (ASCA PL2). With more than a decade of experience in the health, fitness, and sports sectors, Andrew applies a robust understanding of exercise science and rehabilitation principles to optimise physical health and performance.

He holds a Bachelor of Sport & Exercise Science and a Master’s degree in Clinical Rehabilitation, equipping him with a comprehensive foundation in both theoretical knowledge and practical application. His diverse background allows him to effectively manage and rehabilitate a range of chronic health conditions, including but not limited to shoulder pain, lower back pain, hip pain, knee pain, and ankle pain.

In addition, Andrew is adept at developing tailored exercise interventions for clients managing diabetes, obesity, cancer, COPD, and other chronic health issues. His commitment to using evidence-based practices ensures that clients receive the highest level of care and support on their journey to recovery and improved overall health.
